Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 8 ounce egg noodles uncooked
- 1/2 onion finely chopped
- 1 stalk celery finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 8 ounces button mushrooms sliced
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 0 Salt and pepper
- 6 ounces canned tuna drained and flaked
- 1 cup frozen pears thawed
- 3 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Prepare the oven and increase the temperature to 375 F.
- Take a medium baking dish and butter it with 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Put some water in a large pot and put enough salt to make it salted water.
- Take egg noodles and add it to the large pot of salted water.
- Cook them for about 10 minutes until al dente and then drain them.
- Take 1 tablespoon of butter and melt it in a skiller over medium – low temperature.

- Take the onion, celery, and garlic. Stir and cook them for about 5 minutes.
- Increase the temperature to medium – high and put the mushrooms into it.

- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Take the remaining butter and put it into a small bowl, then melt it.
- Mix the melted butter with bread crumbs and sprinkle it over the casserole.
